INTERMEDIATE BUNDLE

  • Hatha Sequence 1

    Over 75 minutes, move main and supporting muscles between strength and stretch postures. Experience multiple directions of movement for the joints and spine between strength and stretch postures. Experience longer holds in intermediate to advanced postures. Pranayama and meditation included too.

  • Hatha Sequence 2

    Over 75 minutes, move main and supporting muscles between strength and stretch postures. Experience multiple directions of movement for the joints and spine between strength and stretch postures. Experience longer holds in intermediate to advanced postures. Pranayama and meditation included too.

  • Vinyasa Sequence 1

    This 60 minute sequence is best characterized by stringing poses together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, linking your breath to movement. Experience everything from seated to standing postures and sequences that target all areas of the body.
