When is the retreat?
You pick the dates! This two day self paced retreat experience is on your schedule. You will have two full days of content that includes yoga, pranayama, meditation, nutrition talks and yoga lectures.

How does it work?
The retreat content includes detailed instructions with a retreat schedule that includes yoga, meditation and pranayama (breathing) exercises and lectures on nutrition and yoga philosophy.

What else is included?
A Retreat Diary with journal prompts, activities, mindfulness strategies and recipes for healthy meals that you can prepare during the retreat (and after). A Pre-Retreat Guide to fully prepare for the weekend.
