Absolutely yes! No yoga experience is required. The complexity of this program already served beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Physical exercise is just one part of yoga. There is a great body of wisdom in the yogic philosophy and we’ll use it to improve your wellbeing. Meditation that works on your mind and breathing techniques that balance your nervous system and emotions, are just as important attributes. I'll take you on an investigative journey through all of them.
Never! There are no age restrictions and no limits to who can get great results. I’ve worked with mature clients also. They wanted to explore something new and loved it. Healthy lifestyle, a balanced diet, and mindful yogic approach can increase the quality of anyone’s life. Not to mention is has aging effects (visible not only on the skin).
No worries! I understand that we aren’t all professional chefs, I surely am not. I’ll give you easy to do recipes that won’t take more time than you’d spend waiting for a take-away. Not just that, choosing adequate nourishment can help prevent or manage diabetes and other diseases.
Truth is, in the end it took much less time and effort than many of your fellows who completed the program thought. It paid well, they all said.
